TITLE: [PROLOGUE] In the winter of 1985 - 86 I was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease - I could not turn my head from side to side anymore - Edema, I had elephantine ankles - and Multiple Sclerosis. I thought that that spring would be my last, at the rate I was going, and that I would not live to see next year's spring. I had also come down with one cold after another. And while I could not do anything for those incurable diseases, I knew that I could do something about those incessant colds. Based upon previous compelling experience, I began to include a serving of seafood in my daily nutrition, and as expected, the colds promptly disappeared. Then, one day, and about 3 months later, I suddenly realized that I was completely healthy again; all three incurable diseases had disappeared. The process had been as gradual and unnoticeable from day to day as growing is - until I realized one day that all those diseases were gone. However, it had not been a spontaneous remission. The symptoms come back as soon as I neglected the daily seafood dietary routine - just to disappear as promptly upon resumption. It works like clockwork. Since then, many people have eliminated many other diseases, including lupus, arthritis, diabetes, bipolar disorder .... with the daily seafood dietary routine. And these results are repeatable by anyone, anyplace, anytime. [PURPOSE] The quick and supremely effective elimination and prevention of many cancers, many fatal physiological and neurological diseases, most late-onset diseases, most autoimmune diseases, many birth defects, most allergies and most viral diseases, including the flu and the common cold. [CAUSE] Fact #1] Because Life evolved for 7/8th of it 4 billion year span in the rich chemical soup of the seas, nature has incorporated the complete range of the 72 natural trace elements, as suspended in the seas, in all aspects of the normal metabolic and immune functions of all but the most primitive organisms. Consequently, and like all higher animals, we have inherited an obligate dependance upon the complete range of the 72 natural trace elements in our daily food for our supreme health and well being. Fact #2] Our modern N-P-K agriculture recognized and maintains only 5 trace elements in its soils, hence in all of its products, and hence again, in practically all of our daily food. Consequently, and over 150 years of chemical ignorance and neglect, combined with modern distribution (shipping to distant markets) and sewerage disposal methods (in local dumps, in rivers and the seas), well over 60 natural nutritional trace elements have become severely deficient or exhausted in all chemically farmed agricultal soils - and hence, in our daily food. This lack of over 60 vitally important trace elements in our daily nutrition is the cause of a great many diseases - including but not limited to many cancers, many fatal physiological and neurological diseases, many chronic and degenerative diseases now considered incurable, most late-onset diseases (and now including 'premature late-onset diseases), practically all autoimmune diseases (a protein lacking a usual trace element will be treated as foreign), most prion diseases (misfolded proteins due to the lack of a crucial trace element), most allergies and most viral diseases, including the common cold, as well as many birth defects [#]. The deficiency or lack of over 60 trace elements is one reason for the extremely large number and kinds of diseases involved; the functions of many trace elements is another. Zinc, for instance, is fundamentally involved in the forming of the "transcription factors" which initiate the transcription of genetic information from our DNA to mRNA. A deficiency of zinc, therefore, can be the cause of a great variety of diseases, depending on where and when a zinc deficiency precludes the transcription of DNA into proteins. [REMEDY] There are two remedies; one immediate, temporary and stop gap remedy. The other is the only valid long-term remedy. The temporary remedy consists of including a minimum of 4 ounzes (125 grams), and more is better, of seafood - any kind of seafood - in one's daily nutrition. Today, and in the industrialized nations practizing our moder chemical agriculture, the only readily available food which still contains the complete natural range of the 72 trace elements is seafood; any kind of seafood. And it has to be on a daily basis. Until our modern chemical agriculture came along, all of our food contained, with only the odd exception (as iodine in the goitre belts), the complete natural range of the 72 nutritional trace elements. So, since, by nature, all of our food should contain the 72 natural trace elements, 4ounces of seafood is the absolute minimum. This is also the reason for the daily seafood routine, since the ability to retain the trace elements in our bodies has never evolved - except for a crucial bit of copper in the substantia nigra in our brains, without which we would be idiots. It's drawbacks are a high salt content, which could be life-threatening for people with high blood pressure. The other is mercury, PCBs and dioxins pollution. The only valid long-term solution is re-establishing the comple natural range of the 72 trace elements in all agricultural soils and live stock, hence in all of its products, and hence again, in all of our daily food. Although some think this is impossible due to the extremely high cost of elements such as gold, silver, titanium, and so forth, it is not. Instead, it can be readily done by evaporating seawater, and desalinizing the remaining minerals. And although this is a relatively expensive process, it yields 3 products which can be sold: 1] a complete 72 trace element fertilizer; 2]sea salt; and 3] pure water. Further, some experts have protested that it is all but impossible to establish the specific amount of every trace element, for every specific crop, and for every specific plot of land. This is not necessary. I am not aware of anyone going around in the oceans allotting so much of this trace element, and so much of that, for let's say herrings in these parts, for periwinkles in another, or for that matter, for whales, all over the place. Instead, a blanket application of the 72 trace elements fertilizer works just fine - as it does everwhere in nature. There should be not drawbacks, other than mercury and other industrial pollution. Indeed, by plain logic, mercury and other pollution should be far greater on land than in the oceans, since the extent and depth of the oceans exceeds the extent and 18 inch depth of the worlds agricultural soils by a factor of many thousands. Consequently, and particularly since all chemical and industrial pollutants are created on land, land and land-grown food should be far more polluted than ocean grown food.
